Patrick Bosarge, M.D. Joins South Baldwin Medical Group General Surgery

With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Bosarge focuses on general surgery and critical care medicine. He has participated in multiple areas of research related to surgery, trauma and critical care medicine with authoring over 70 publications and several book chapters. Dr. Bosarge is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and served in three combat tours in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.

Dr. Bosarge received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, Alabama, and completed his general surgery residency at the University of South Alabama. He subsequently completed a surgical critical care fellowship at the University of California, San Diego, followed by a master’s degree in healthcare administration.
